This IS a roasting pan—sturdy and deep enough for big jobs. But it’s not the kind that hibernates all year. It’s a roasting pan, a sheet pan, and a griddle in one. Heat Retention: Our stainless is 5-ply, which means it has 3 layers of steel and 2 layers of aluminum. Together, they excel at getting hot and staying hot no matter what’s in your pan. (3-ply pans could never!) Prepare for better searing, stir-frying, and browning—aka more delicious food.
Even Heating: Our pans are a full 3.0mm thick—that’s thicker than most pans, even the expensive ones. This thickness prevents hot and cool spots, so you don’t have to keep moving those chicken thighs around to get an even sear without sticking.
Unique Handles: Extra tall, extra wide and easy to grab, even with mitts!
1.5-inch Side Walls: High enough for optimal airflow to get perfect all-over browning, but tall enough to keep in juices and prevent spills.
Dishwasher Safe: Throw it right in. 5-Ply steel means it won’t warp. it’s indestructible.
Size Note: 18” size is compatible with half-sheet size wire racks and baking mats; the 13” is compatible with quarter-sheet size accessories; the 9” fits most countertop and toaster ovens.

Best pan for Toaster Ovens. Needed this for years
This is the ultimate personal roasting pan, ideal for toaster ovens. Great if you're cooking for one, or even two. My old toaster oven pans were cheap aluminum. Bent, pitted, with burned in residues that won't come out. I've wanted something better for years. This is it. With a little elbow grease, it gets 100% clean, every time. I think I'll have this long after the oven needs to be replaced.

Beautiful Pan
I love this roasting pan. I made a chicken, cut in half with potatoes and carrots and it all turned purple beautifully. Everything came out nicely browned. It conducts the heat throughout the pan. I bought the larger size and worried about fitting in my Bosch wall oven, but it fit perfectly.

I bought all three sizes
These are amazing pans! I’ve used them in the oven and on the stovetop, and they perform superbly, with even baked on crusty gunk cleaning off easily.
If I could change one thing, it would be this—the handles stay super hot for a long time (longer than the pan does), and their placement (which makes them so useful) means I keep accidentally brushing them and burning my hands. I put hot pads and kitchen cloths on them as a warning/reminder, but they are hard to secure without the cloth dipping into whatever is on the pan.
I’ll get used to that, but it’s something to be aware of. I’d love to see a hollow handle or some version that doesn’t stay so hot.
