The. Stainless Steel Roasting Pan is fabulous. I’ve been using it instead of my aluminum sheet pans because it both cooks and cleans like a dream. However, I wish it was also available in a half size — it’s great for a spatchcocked chicken or turkey parts, but I’m cooking for one, AND my arthritic hands would appreciate a lighter weight when I’m cooking smaller amounts, such as four chicken thighs or chicken/turkey wings.
I was very impressed by how well the pan was made. I have other Misen cookware so no was no surprise. My spatchcocked chicken roasted perfectly. I gave 4 stars as the real test will be when I roast a whole turkey.

I was so excited t finally have a griddle that would work on my induction stove. I waited weeks for a time when all the kids were home so make a big breakfast. I watched the video on how to heat it up, I followed the directions exactly. Turned on the heat, tested with water. All good. Cooked 3 pancakes and the pan is warped. As in high in the middle with a moat of oil around the edge. I am so disappointed in this purchase.

I liked the size of the pan for all size meals. The low sides allowed me to store the pan on top of me pizza stone on the bottom stove rack.
