Along with my cast iron, this is my favorite pan. I can do basically anything I want with just those two pans alone. It's rare for an item to work exactly as I expected it to in my mind before I purchased it but this one is actually so perfect.

Excellent mix of utility (spacious, well designed - almost like a roomier saucier), good quality (you can feel the thickness of it, holds heat pretty well for SS) and pleasant to use (easy to wash, still looks like it's brand new minus a few small scratches even though I've been using it every day for a month, sometimes twice a day). The only potential drawback is that it is a bit heavy, especially with food in it. It has a helper handle which is nice, but if you're not very strong or prefer something lighter, this might not work out for you. I personally like the weight and I wouldnt say it's TOO heavy either.

Could not recommend this pan more and I plan on recommending this to people in my life!
