Perfect for those smaller jobs.
Love the way these knives feel in my hand. They keep their edge. This knife is perfect when a pairing knife is too small, but the chefs knife is overkill.

My Favorite Knife
I'm just a home cook but love cooking and having great tools. I have all Misen knives and pans. This is my favorite knife for all my chopping, dicing, mincing, cutting meat, everything. I have smaller hands and this one just fits perfectly! I have great control and never feel like it's too big for whatever I'm working with.
