Questions?

Are stainless steel pans difficult to care for?

Not at all! Throw them in the dishwasher, let them soak overnight, sear on high-heat — our stainless steel cookware can take anything and truly lasts a lifetime.
Will my pans be nonstick?

Stainless Steel is not nonstick, however, there are ways to make the surface temporarily nonstick before each cooking session.
To do this, heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan. When you see smoke turn off the heat. Let the pan cool down and wipe out any excess oil. Your pan is now temporarily seasoned and should remain nonstick until you wash it with soap!
Is the cookware induction compatible?

Definitely!
How do I clean stains and discoloration off of the pans?

Use Bar Keeper's Friend, (baking soda will also work!), water, and a lightly abrasive sponge.

The Stainless Steel Minis pack the same 5-ply, 3.0mm construction as Misen's full-size cookware into scaled-down proportions built for solo cooks, apartment kitchens, or anyone who cooks in smaller batches. The 6" frying pan handles eggs and toasted spices, the 9" roasting pan doubles as a sheet pan or griddle, and the 1.5 qt saucier's rounded sides make quick sauces and reductions easy to stir and pour. If you eventually want full-size versions of any of these, the Stainless Steel Frying Pan and Stainless Steel Saucier share the same warp-resistant build.

Like all of Misen's stainless cookware, the Minis are oven safe up to 800°F, induction compatible, and dishwasher safe—there's no delicate seasoning routine to maintain.
