These pans are incredible! They are very non-stick, and easy to care for. Definitely my go-to pans.
Now I also have the aluminum non-stick Misen pans, they are also top notch, and currently my wife's favorites and her go-to pans.

Family likes our new steak knives. Too often, for sone reason, steak knives are mammoth. Not these knives. They fit perfectly in the hand. Sharply doing there duty of slicing the food to morsels with ease.
I had my eyes on this pan for a while and it finally hit the buy it now button. I’ve been making omelets for a long time in stainless steel frying pans. I just made the most perfect tasting beautiful looking ham and cheese I’ve ever made. Right out of the box I used 1 tablespoon of butter. Cooked it slowly and flipped it with my nylon flipper.
This pan is worth every Penney. I wiped it with a paper towel and put it away. I’ve been smiling all day thinking about it. Buy it you won’t regret it.
We have been using Misen cookware for several years and have been very pleased with everything
I’ve been using this pan daily for a couple of months now. The original seasoning has faded into a nice patina. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a lid and Misen does not sell one for this particular pan. I eventually found one on Amazon that fits well enough. I’m still giving it 5 stars because the pan is great. @Misen, please consider a lid for this pan. I’d be surprised if I’m the only customer that cooks food covered.
