    Great knife. Bigger than I wanted.

    Misen knives are terrific. I own several, and happily ordered this one on sale. It is larger than I expected, so I put it away to gift it to a special person. That is when I discovered I had a smaller version in my overflow drawer. Wow! I started using the smaller Misen Santoku, and have been wondering why I ever stored it instead of hanging in on my everyday-use magnetic strip. Again, Misen knives are terrific.

    Excellent craftsmanship and super sharp blade- great size!

    This knife has Excellent craftsmanship and a super sharp blade- great size for chopping & slicing for the medium to large size food prep (strawberries to watermelon slices)! Love it! The personalized engraving makes it extra precious!
