A fairly rare type of spoon with a useful flat edge. It could be a bit longer as it’s under 9 inches yet it is very well built and easy to clean.

On the business end this fits my new carbon nonstick contours like a glove. And on the 'glove' end it's a bit thin for my taste. If it were a bit wider at the other business end it could even accommodate a hang-hole. But those are details for maybe the next iteration. All in all it's a solid spoon that feels like Misen quality every time I use it.

I use this spoon all the time. Not only with meals that I make but also with carryout meals from restaurants. It's perfect for scooping out Skyline Chili when sharing a meal but also carryout from Panda Express. The thick well polished spoon is safe to use with Styrofoam containers and is the perfect shape.
