Misen high-end knives are extremely easy to care for. Avoid the dishwasher, wash and dry after use, and you’ll never have an issue with your knife.

We craft our Chef’s Knife with premium Japanese AUS-10 high-carbon stainless steel for two main reasons. First, it’s a steel that offers an excellent balance between toughness, durability, and razor sharpness. 5" Serrated Knife
Love this knife, great slicing tomatoes. Also great slicing whole chicken breasts for making chicken sandwiches. I was surprised the spacing of the teeth for cutting. I prefer my regular bread knife for cutting crosconts. This would work great on bagels though. Very satisfied.

my FAVORITE knife
I have to say when I was usingt he longer serrated bread knife I didnt think it could get better.
But The knife was kinda long for smaller things I wanted to cut like croissants, bagels and other bread items.
When I saw the 5" serrated i decided to try it.
It is the sharpest, best bread knife I have ever used.
