  • Before cooking on stainless steel, always preheat empty pan on medium-high for 3-4 minutes, or until a splash of water forms round balls that bounce around the surface of the pan.
  • For best results, cook with oil or butter.
  • To remove stubborn stains, apply Bar Keeper’s Friend or baking soda then rub with a soft sponge or cloth.

Why 5-Ply?

5-ply means a pan that performs (and looks good).

Questions?

Are stainless steel pans difficult to care for?

Not at all! Throw them in the dishwasher, let them soak overnight, sear on high-heat — our stainless steel cookware can take anything and truly lasts a lifetime.
Will my pans be nonstick?

Stainless Steel is not nonstick, however, there are ways to make the surface temporarily nonstick before each cooking session.
To do this, heat the pan over medium heat for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan. When you see smoke turn off the heat. Let the pan cool down and wipe out any excess oil. Your pan is now temporarily seasoned and should remain nonstick until you wash it with soap!
Is the cookware induction compatible?

Definitely!
How do I clean stains and discoloration off of the pans?

Use Bar Keeper's Friend, (baking soda will also work!), water, and a lightly abrasive sponge.

    Stainless steel minis

    Haven't used the 6" pan but the 1.5 qt pot w/lid is perfect for veggies. The broiler has a nicer depth that the original pan. Overall , good & useful additions to the set.

    Minis for me

    I needed smaller pots for heating my meals . I am an 81 year old woman recuperating from a stroke with a very small apetite. All my pots were too big and heavy for my use of one hand. I love my new minis.
