    Great for searing fish and scallops

    I fried fish and seared scallops both came out perfect. And the clean up was easy. I followed the directions; preheat and add oil before cooking.

    We've been using our two pans, 10 and 12 inch, for a couple of weeks. They heat well, cook evenly and clean simply. Really beautiful and lightweight. The 12 inch is going on vacation with us! This was a very good purchase.

    Great pan.

    Best healthy non stick pan for eggs. Works well on induction cooktop. Heats quickly, holds seasoning and easy to clean. Love it.

    A great pan!

    This was the second carbon steel pan I have purchased from Misen. I have the 10” as well.

    They both perform beautifully. I have gotten great sears on my steaks, and the cleanup is effortless.

    If you love to cook and do not like the weight of cast iron these pans do just as good job
