It’s my first oven steel so I really have no frame of reference but I find it useful and I’m glad I found it. I use it on my weber grill to cook hamburgers as if it was more like a plancha instead of a grill. I actually made some pretty tasty hamburgers.
I seasoned it as per the instructions but I just see it gets very discolored. As long as you don’t mind it, I think it’s fine. I haven’t used it in my oven yet.
