Almost Flawless

As is the case with Misen cookware, it is extremely well made and promises to be the perfect roasting pan, especially with the silicone trivets to raise the meat off the steel. My only beef is that the handles are a bit on the small side for me, especially with gloves or hot pads. But, that seems almost universal when you have extra-large hands. ;-)
