These flexible sheets are the handiest, and here’s a whole pack of ‘em in different sizes. Use one to chop up some onions, then bend it in a U for easy transport to your pan. Grab another to set atop your wooden cutting board to protect it from bacteria or uber messy jobs, like cutting beets! Arrange together to create one huge prep surface. And then just pop them all in the dishwasher when you’re done.

Durable cutting mats
Two sizes, two each, flexible cutting mats. Thick and the backings are textured to make them nonslip. They will replace current mats that have outlived their time. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality and durability of these Misen mats. And they’re dishwasher safe!

Great Christmas gifts
I have enjoyed my cutting mats for over a year and I love them. Unlike the usual plastic cutting mats these do not slip and they to not leave knife marks. Easy to clean and easy to bend to get food into pots. I bought three sets for gifts this year and I probably should've gotten more.
